"I've always advocated for ways to promote agriculture in a professional and positive light, and I appreciated that Alpha Zeta offered an outlet to network with other like-minded agricultural scholars. I thoroughly enjoyed engaging with the members of the club; there is definitely a welcoming culture in Alpha Zeta that compliments its strong morals very well."

We had the opportunity to speak with Cal Epsilon Alumnus and U.S. Army Veteran, Walter Bentley, who graduated from Fresno State in 1969 with a Bachelors in Plant Science and a minor in Biology. Since then, Bentley has made an impact in the field of Entomology and agriculture through the UC Cooperative Extension and more, including volunteering in the Philippines, Kosovo, and Guatemala. Initiation brought happy, reflectful tears as bigs, soon-to-be-graduating seniors, and the remaining family welcomed three new members to Alpha Zeta Cornell this past weekend. We are thrilled to have these exceptional young women and we are hopeful that they will bring another level of scholarship, character, leadership, and fellowship into our home. Congratulations to our newest sisters!
