Brittany graduated from Fresno State in 2015 with a bachelors degree in Agricultural Education (Teacher Preparation Option) - Animal Science Emphasis. John P. Gruber was inducted this week into the Fayette County Ohio Agricultural Hall of Fame at an annual banquet that once again highlighted the longstanding heritage of agriculture in Fayette County, Ohio.

We were able to chat with Cal Epsilon alumna, Hannah Bianchi! Hannah graduated from Fresno State with a Bachelor's in Agricultural Education, and she is currently completing her credential program. She talked about how Alpha Zeta helped further her versatility as a professional and more:  

 

In January, former Kansas U.S. Senator Bob Dole, the 1996 GOP presidential candidate and the longest serving GOP Senate leader, was awarded the Congressional Gold Medal for service as a “soldier, legislator and statesman.”

We were able to chat with Cal Epsilon alumna, Monique Bienvenue! She talked about why she joined Alpha Zeta and more. Bienvenue graduated from Fresno State in 2015 with a B.A. in Agriculture Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. 

Eugene Badger was born in Hastings, Florida, and grew up on his family’s potato farm. This early connection to agriculture grew into a lifelong commitment to advancing Florida agriculture and advocating on its behalf.

Yeutter held a law degree and a Ph. D. in agricultural economics from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. At Nebraska, Yeutter, in 1950, was inducted in the Fraternity of Alpha Zeta, an agricultural honorary fraternity.

Alumni Richard and Evelyne Rominger, who for decades have played prominent roles in the community and in statewide and national agriculture, have been selected to receive the UC Davis Medal, the highest honor the university presents to an individual.

The Merced Community College District Board of Trustees has announced the selection of Mr. Chris Vitelli as the college’s seventh Superintendent/President.  The Board of Trustees announced the selection by unanimous vote during its meeting on December 13.

Purdue AZ alumni Thomas McKinney, President and General Manager of McKinney & McKinney, was named one of Purdue University's 2016 Distinguished Agricultural Alumni.
