Chapters may choose to compose their own quad or double rooms -- provided that they pay the corresponding rate(s).  Such arrangements must be requested during registration.

Participants from Chapters not sending enough people to complete a quad or double room may opt to be matched with one or more roommates from other Chapter(s) in order to take advantage of the quad or double rate.

Participants who register at the quad and double rates agree to be placed in a room with other participant(s).  See the registration form for more details.

Summit Participation Policy

Only Chapters and Active Alumni and Active Student Members in good standing with the national Fraternity may participate.  Good standing requires compliance with the Fraternity bylaws, policies, procedures, rules, and the affiliate agreement.  Good standing also requires that Chapters owe no monies to the national Fraternity and that members have paid their national dues for the applicable calendar (alumni) or academic (student) year.

Conclave Participation Policy

The official body of the Conclave consists of the members of the High Council and one accredited delegate from each chartered chapter of the Fraternity.

Each Chapter appoints one delegate to act on its behalf.  The Conclave Delegates act on proposed changes to the Fraternity bylaws and vote on High Council officers.  Note that Chapters must be in good standing (see Summit Participation Policy above) in order to send a Delegate to Conclave.  Likewise, all Conclave Delegates must also be in good standing (see Summit Participation Policy above) in order to be seated at the Conclave.

Non-Conclave Delegates are welcome to observe the Conclave.  However, they may not participate in the meeting or vote on any business.
