Room Assignment Policy

Participants may choose to room in quad, triple, double, or single rooms with quad rooms being the least expensive and single rooms being the most expensive.

Chapters/Colonies may choose to compose their own quad, triple, or double rooms -- provided that they pay the corresponding rate(s).  Such arrangements must be requested during registration.

Participants from Chapters/Colonies not sending enough people to complete a quad, triple, or double room may opt to be matched with one or more roommates from other Chapters/Colonies in order to take advantage of the quad, triple, or double rate.

Participants who register at the quad, triple, and double rates agree to be placed in a room with other participant(s).  See the registration form for more details.

Hotel rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis until all hotel rooms at the headquarters hotel have been assigned.  If all hotel rooms at the headquarters hotel are filled, participants will be placed at a comparable overflow hotel in the vicinity of the headquarters hotel.
