FLANDREAU, SD- Alpha Zeta alumni Glen Eikmeier, 74, passed away on December 24th, 2010 in his childhood home on the family farm.
He attended South Dakota State College in Brookings and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Husbandry in 1958. Glen and Karen Thielsen were married August 9, 1957 at the United Methodist Church in Flandreau and have attended there ever since
Glen was a member of the Alpha Zeta Fraternity, SDSU and past president of the Minnesota Angus Association. He was the Pipestone County 4-H volunteer livestock judging team coach for many years. He also earned the American Angus Association's certified judging award and judged several of their shows plus many county fairs and shows.
