This fall the Virginia Chapter had one of their service events at Sinkland Farms. Sinkland is a local farm that holds a massive Pumpkin Festival every fall. Many families come each year to enjoy their wagon rides, pumpkin patch, corn maze, horseback riding and more. As a result of the huge crowds, they always get student organizations from Virginia Tech to work parking on the weekends of the almost month-long event. As a return organization, Sinkland trusted us with their main weekend this year. Virginia Alpha Zeta members volunteered all weekend helping park cars and maintain safety on the farm while also having a great time and picking out some pumpkins of our own!
