It’s the end of the semester, and the end of the year, so what better way for an agricultural fraternity to celebrate than with their very own pig roast? After purchasing a whole hog from a local farm in Perry, NY AZ members Elizabeth Brooks and Greg Zimmerman marinated the pig over a day and a half, before cutting roasting it overnight for a house BBQ on the 11th of June.
Our BBQ was a tremendous success drawing out all 41 actives, several family members, a handful of alumni and a dozen or more close friends from the Cornell community.
