Every fall semester, the North Carolina Chapter forms a co-ed intramural flag football team to play against other organizations on campus. This year, we played two games on Tuesday September 4
th and Tuesday September 11
th at 7:30. In order to register with Student Recreation, at least four females and four males had to sign up to participate about a week before the first game. Alpha Zeta won the first game against Alpha Omega in a 10-0 shutout. The second game was very close, but the team did not pull it out. Each game lasted about an hour. Playing football is a great way for brothers to have fun, relieve stress, and provides a break from studying. Brothers can also work on their teamwork and communication skills. The NC chapter also participates in other sports such as soccer and volleyball.
