Yesterday we welcomed back our members, visited with alumni, and voted in officers. It was a busy evening!

We’d like to congratulate our new officers, Amber Westfall, Jacob Gallagher, and Jonathon Porter. Westfall is our new Censor, and Gallagher is our new Sergeant of Arms. We’d also like to mention and welcome our new Chancellor, Jonathon Porter. Porter (Our previous Censor) graciously stepped in as Chancellor just a few weeks ago. Porter plans to continue to lead the chapter, and we’re confident this year will continue to be successful.

We also had a visit from one of our fellow Alpha Zeta alumni, Kayla Cardoza! Cardoza works for the Gilbert Marshall Memorial Scholarship, which is a non-profit organization that was established in 2013. Their mission is to grant scholarships to graduating seniors pursuing a college education with hope of empowering, inspiring and providing our recipients the means to become self-sufficient and contributing members of our communities! Cardoza offered the Cal Epsilon Chapter the opportunity to volunteer at the 6th Annual GMMS Kids Event, and our members were interested!

The Cal Epsilon Chapter will be working on Gala, as well as Vintage Days in the next coming months. Additionally, our members are gearing up for some major volunteer opportunities during the spring semester. Cal Epsilon is starting off the new year with bold ideas and opportunities. We can’t wait to see what our chapter will accomplish this year!
