With a 14 person gap left behind by the graduating
class of Spring 2016, the Cornell Chapter sought out a strong pledge class. The
newest pledge class is as follows: Katie Bower ‘19, Cameron Fuhr ‘18, Emilie
Gurnon ‘19, Sarah Gurnon ‘19, Tyra Jenkins ‘19, Hannah Maloney ‘19, and
Jennifer Nelson ‘18. This semester’s brand new pledge class has brought
incredible depth to the AZ Cornell Chapter! AZ Cornell is proud to have a
firefighter in Katie, a comedian in Cameron, twins in Emilie and Sarah, a
social butterfly in Tyra, an apple farmer in Hannah, and a varsity polo player
in Jennifer. Most of the pledge class studies Animal Science with Hannah and
Cameron exceptions to this, studying Agricultural Sciences and Biological
Sciences respectively. All new members are sophomores and juniors, all of whom
will and already have contributed to Alpha Zeta and its objectives.
