The
project was a professional clothing and accessories drive benefitting Dress for
Success Columbus and the Columbus Urban League's My Brother's Closet
Program. These organizations provide the
necessary skills, clothing and materials to help citizens of Columbus, Ohio
enter or re-enter the workforce. Chapter
members, other students and faculty/staff all donated to the drive. Donated gifts cards were then awarded to
randomly chosen donators as a thank you for their contributions. The chapter benefitted by giving time and
donations back to their surrounding community and those who need it most. Committments involved with this activity
included publicity throughout the college, man-power collecting donations, and
dropping off the donations at the respective organizations.
