This past weekend the North Carolina Chapter of Alpha
Zeta participated in one of our re-occurring service projects and cooked a homemade
meal for the remarkable firefighters at Fire Station 20 in Raleigh. We had a
wonderful time getting together with our fellow brothers to cook 16 pounds of BBQ
pork, macaroni and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, and Ghirardelli brownies with
chocolate chips. It is continually a great time when the members get together
to have fellowship and a few laughs. The firefighter's were thankful for the hot meal and we, as always, were thankful for the
opportunity to serve these brave heroes in our community.
