Arthur Joseph Fairbank passed away Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010, at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Joe, as he was known, was born in Jamestown, N.Y. on Feb. 1, 1925, to Arthur Joseph Fairbank Sr. and Priscilla Armstrong. He grew up in Ashville, N.Y. and on the nearby family farm.
