New Member Education Week for the North Carolina Chapter was a mix of the old and the new in September.

The old featured an ice cream social where Howling Cow, an ice cream made on the North Carolina State University’s campus in the Feldmeier Dairy Processing Lab, was served.  While enjoying plenty of Howling Cow, potential new members visited with active brothers over games of corn hole.

The new included three virtual rush events over Zoom where potential new members learned about Alpha Zeta, talked with active brothers, and competed in an agriculture trivia quiz.

The week’s events were organized by the chapter’s censor, Maggie Thomas.
