Chapter Leadership Summit FAQs

Who should attend?
Chapters can send a maximum of two chapter officers to the Chapter Leadership Summit.

What do I need to bring?
Student members should bring a pen or pencil, notebook and a positive attitude to all meetings. If you have a laptop or tablet, you are welcome to bring it as well. 

What if I need to cancel?
Registrants must cancel 30 days before the start of the event for a full refund. Within 30 days, all registrations carry a 50 percent per person penalty for processing, hotel and meal guarantees. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 5 days of the event. All refunds will be issued after the event.  Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the National Office. Please inform the National Office in advance if you cannot attend.

Can we substitute another person if the registered member cannot attend?
Yes, there will be a $25 substitution fee up to 14-days in advance. Within 14 days, the substitution fee is $50.

How do I get a roommate?
Lodging is included in the registration fee. Student participants will be matched first with (same-sex) members from their own chapter. You may be matched with other attendees from other chapters.
